A sad Nami

Nami is second-best girl.. Right after Asuka from Evangelion.
This scene is from the Arlong Park arc.

I actually painted this with water colors, but I smudged some ink, so I 
decided to touch it up on photoshop, then I was playing around with the filters, 
and I liked how this filter looked, so here it is..
